Better fps on heavy modding + weird texture problem

I have a RTX 2080 , 16GB RAM and a Ryzen 7 1700 3.0 Ghz.

It is my first time in heavy modding and i was wondering if someone with more expertise in this could know if there is something wrong "located" or if there are ways to improve my frame rate
