I've been trying to create a variation of it, but I'm completely working in the dark as i don't have Far Harbor yet.(i do plan to get it, I'm just in a tight spot rn) So please send me some screenshots of the script/magic effect/enchantment/omod. That's merely a regular Ench (constant/Self), conditioned to GetInIronSights==1, whose script casts FireForget/Self Spell for mgef SlowTimeEffect mag.0.3 for 2 seconds. Specific casting script is LegendaryMagicEffectSlowTimeScript - it's in base game, does cast spell and shows message.ps. Similar to mod_Legendary_Armor_LowHealthSlowTime OMOD.
