Weird light effects in the sky

Hey,

 

i'm currently trying out the Skyrim LE Ultimate Modding Guide from SinitarGaming. So far so good, but i have some weird looking light effects in the sky now. Looks like moving rings.

 

I picked the Rudy ENB NLVA version, NLVA (deactivated nlva.esp and activated nlvaTrueStorms.esp, Vivid Weathers also deacivated. Also ELFX+Enhancer and SMIM Patch.

 

This part was a bit confusing but maybe i messed up somewhere else, i dunno. Loadorder:
