Several Issues, NifSkope, Save Game Crashes etc

Ok well when I go to duplicate a part of a mesh in NifSkope to add it somewhere else on the mesh, I save the file and load up Skyrim and put on the item I just edited... Skyrim Crashes. Why is this?

 

Also lately my Skyrim saves have not been loading up, they are over 6MB and I read somewhere this might have something to do with it.
