Hello Need help with Fantasy Preset

I have uninstalled every mod I had incase there were any conflictions.

reinstalled the game.

 

Just using all the ESM's Skyrim came with,

 

I am also using this binaries. Not sure if I have the right one or not.

I use the dragonborn and the Dawnguard and Hearthfire

updates.

 

Not sure what to do at this point.
