CTD on start-up

I've had stable mod setups in the past and managed full playthroughs avoiding crashes and instability.

 

I'm using many of the same mods now as I have in the past, ACE, Deadly Dragons, and I've used ASIS without issue in the past as well.

I am using a few smaller mods I haven't used in the past along with Hearthfire and Dawnguard which I haven't had before. Right now if I launch the game with ASIS inactive the game runs and I have played it through a bit, though I did run into a CTD twice now during this period I assumed from running into NPCs (crashed when coming towards Riverwood and another time when I started as a Vigilant of Stendar and spawned in an inn.

 

When I have ASIS active the game CTDs at the main menu before any of the options become available.

 

I've taken out mods, re-run my bash patch, ASIS patch and AV patch and still run into the crashes.

 

Not sure if it has to do solely with my load order and I'm missing something or with a mod conflicting with ASIS that I'm not catching.
