Hello you noobies ,

First off your gonna break it ,there you have been warned now on to the main course . Most new posts i see seeking help of one description or another made by noobs are usually low on information and vague at best eg " my games broken how do i fix it ? " you notice the how do i fix it bit these people can be helped they show willing , the my games broken bit not really much help that but forgivable for a noob .

so if you would like a speedy response to your request for help the experienced and wise nexus members will need detailed information such as .........

steam or retail , goty ?

installation location , default ( x86 program files ) or custom ?

is the game patched and up to date ? ( machines need updating too dont forget )

what mod manager if any

what utillitys are you using to run the game .

hardware specs is your machine up to the job does it meet the minimum requirements ?

.INI tweaks . have you made any what are they ?

active mods , time to export your load order gonna need that mod manager about now .

mod compatability patches are you using any ( these are common problem people either only partially remove an old mod leaving a comp patch that conflicts or crashes due to it missing a master file or neglect to install the required file altogether )

Archive invalidation ..... have you toggled / installed it ?

is the error/issue/crash repeatable is it random ...details details details

what was the last mod you installed this has nothing to do with seeking help im just curious nah just kidding , sometimes the last mod you install breaks the game be it bad install or "glitchy " mod see how diplomatic i was there .

and finally ...polite and well mannered people are held in high regard on these forums please dont cost a bean but buys you a whole lot
