export with CK mouth COR high poly

I'm creating followers with COR heads
when I export in CKit with alt f4
export vanilla mouth plus mouth COR
And if I want to erase it with nifcope, I destroy my face.
Question: how to erase vanilla mouth?

All the rest else works well.
