Why when I download Vortex to my desktop doesn't it run when I double-click the file

The Vortex file seems to have a .235 extension which won't run when double-clicked. Why was it constructed in this form rather than as a .exe?

 

How do I install it??

 

Running Windows 7 64.bit. Never had trouble with Nexusmods before

Hyper-active anti-virus. It renamed your .exe to .235.

Rename it to .exe and run it.
