greedfall [MOD REQUEST] Edit Attack Speed (or teach me how to edit)

OK, before you judge me, just let me explain.

 

The reason why I want to edit this is that ARMOR actually "affects" your attack speed. Most importantly, almost all the good looking armor (unique) will slow your attack speed (there is a guy on reddit talked about this https://www.reddit.com/r/greedfall/comments/d3bfdl/psa_armor_affects_attack_speed/). So, that's why I want to know how to edit it, because I want to fight for my life WITH STYLE!!!
