I am in need of an experienced modifier to create for me (and others) a professional player home in which my character will preside for the rest of his in game life.

The reason i have came to the Forums is simple:- The player homes already created aren't to my liking and HEARTHFIRE was a bloody disappointing addition.

The rooms were cramped, bleak and filled with clutter(barrel's and sacs everywhere) and the locations were really crappy.

 

If a certain individual were to undertake this request i would ask that they stay focused on the following points:-

 

1. No Clutter!! The rooms are to be clear with no barrel's in random corners and sconces in weird places.The only things i would like to see in the rooms are the items that are meant to be in there

( Enchanting table in a enchanting room ) some wall sconces and the occasional EMPTY wall shelf.

2. Symmetry. I would like to have the rooms as symmetrical as possible with the main item in a room facing the door and everything else mirroring the side walls.

3. Space. The rooms are to be as spacious as possible. Not too cramped but also not TOO big.

4. The house must have the following rooms :- Hallway, Hall, Enchanters Room, Alchemy room, Store Room. Blacksmith Room. Armory, Bedroom and the Oval room discussed below.

 

As-well as these above focal points i would be very interested in a certain other room being created as-well.

 

Using a circular room like the hall of the Elements in the College of Winter hold. i would like a room created to show off all the normal armors in the game "Iron" to "Dragon bone" and everything in between.

So 13 mannequins evenly spaced around a circular room with a weapon rack to either side.

so all in all i would like to have a mannequin and a 5 set of weapon racks Spaced equally and for each of the following armors.

Also i would like to have 9 weapon racks , mannequin and two large display cases at the far end of the room so that i can display the Daedric artifacts.

 

The house can contain waterfalls and other aesthetics to make it look pleasing to the eye but not to much.

 

If such a person was to create this monster of a house i would gladly send some money their way for their trouble IF it was up to my specifications
