CTD when loading save but not when creating a new save

Hello, this is my first time ever posting on the nexus forums about an issue, however, this problem has wasted me the whole day.

 

Basically I have added many mods to Skyrim SE, I've had many errors along the way through the week, however, they have all been fixed and now I've reached the point where I am satisfied with the mods installed.

 

I decided to finally play it after organizing and trying to make it stable. Once I selected to create a new game, Skyrim loaded with no problem and all mods seemed to have loaded with no problem, I played for about 30 minutes with no issues until I decided to stop and save at Riverwood, later when I tried to load it up again I was unsuccessful as the game crashed to the desktop everytime. It would display the standard loading screen but after about 3-5 seconds it would crash.

 

What I have tried to do:

-Installed CTD fix plugins

-Decreased uGrid to load

-Attempted to add more memory to SKSE (however my skse file could not be found within the skyrim se data file so I created a SKSE.ini manually)

ScrapHeapSizeMB=512)

-disabled one drive (seen in another forum as a potential problem)

-Restarted my computer

I don't know why LOOT copied the order like that but those are the plugins. If anyone notices any mods that have caused CTD in the past or that are incompatible please mention which one and thanks for the help guys!

Any possible fixes even if they are obvious will be appreciated!
