Whitestrake
How do I create Archive Invalidations and Bsa.? Some mods I've added require them, but I have no idea how to create them, and as such my game looks loopy as I've added mods that retexture a lot of things. The things that are supposed to look better look horrible due to the meshes being screwed up. Annyone know how I can create them?

For BSA's you can use BSA commander or create bsa under tools in FOMM. Fomm also does Archive Invalidation automatically. Are you using new vegas's built in launcher? I'd reccomend FOMM. I also hear that the nexus launcher is good too. If for some reason you don't want to, I guess you could use the old method (if it still works) of editing the ini, or there is a mod there is a mod for it. When I go to Tools, the option to Remove Archive Invalidation is there with a check mark beside it, but there is no AI anywhere. I've read up on everything and followed all instructions givin by the read me's and the FOMM instruction but nothing works. Theres no option to create an AI anywhere, only remove. Also, I have no idea how to create a BSA; I click the Create BSA option and theres nothing there. Theres no file to choose in the Choose File option. As a note, I'm using the latest FOMM version out. Also, I have no idea how to create a BSA; I click the Create OK there is some confusion here, archive invalidation is already active for you if you have it selected in FOMM. If you need to create one for a manual AI, the link I gave you walks you through it and even has a sample bsa; editing the ini, BSA option and theres nothing there. Theres no file to choose in the Choose File option. As a note, I'm using the latest FOMM version out. add files at teh bottom, type in the name of the bsa don't forget the extension. save it.
