Crash upon entering the farm area around Whiterun

So, I'm not sure what mod caused the problem, and I tried my best to solve the problem through Reddit trouble shooting page, TES5Edit, NIFSCAN, LOOT, ... Just everything that I could find on the internet. But the problem still exist, I uninstall the main game then reinstall and try to install mods once again. But the problem is still there.

Anyone that have the same problem please help me to fix it :(. I've tried my best every day after work and itve been more than a week since the day I install skyrim already
