Looking for mod please help.

Hi! I'm looking for a mod that allows me to use a texture that will only show up on my character and not every other npc in the entire game. The reason for this is because I have a body tattoo that I want on my character, but it's kind of dumb if it shows up on every single npc in the game. If you know of a mod please share because I couldn't find one like this.

 

I did however find a PC Exclusive Armor Path, which allows only the player to have certain armor textures and not npc's.

you can make a new race that is almost exactly the same are the one you like then use a custom body model and texture you want for that race, then switch to that race in-game

That's a possibility, I may try to figure out how to use the creation kit and do that.

So I downloaded the Creation Kit, opened it up... and had no idea what I was doing. I figured out you have to load the files before you can do anything and I found the files that contain the races and such, but I dont see a create new race button. lol. It's not super user friendly and seems like I'd have to sit down and read some kind of in-depth tutorial in order to even start.
