Misc mod: None, Cybernetic Limb Actuator (STR 1, AGI 1, Science Rank 2, Armourer Rank 2, consumes Cybernetic Limb Actuator misc item, scrapping loose mod returns Cybernetic Limb Actuator misc item)

 

Can be crafted at Armour Forge after obtaining Kellogg's Outfit.

(In my opinion this is how modded armour without leveled list integration should be added, most people may never use it otherwise and it's far more immersive than chemistry. In '76 you can make new things at weapon and armour work benches, but 4 wasn't built that way so we can make do with contraptions.)
