SeraphTC
Thanks for the opinions and suggestions. I am cool with playing games on a low res like below 1280x600, but why can't i run the games on high texture settings because of a high ram(at least I think thats what affects that aspect of the games). Also right Note:most of the games i play right now the texture settings DO NOT affect performance(* games texture settings don't affect performance) RAM does effect gaming, absolutely, but Textures - especially on newer games - WILL affect performance. Newer titles use higher detail textures, which are larger in size and require a lot more Video RAM (not system RAM). If you are reading this then the upgrade has been set to early 2013. Also which video card is better an intel hd 4000 or a NVIDIA GeForce GT 630M with 1GB. The Nvidia board is much better. It has 1GB VRAM dedicated to graphics. As has been said on here already, Integrated boards (like the intel) are not good for gaming. They share the system memory and offer MUCH worse performance - some games will simply refuse to run on an integrated graphics chipset. You should absolutely pick the Nvidia board here if you want to play games.
