Replacing a tobacco pipe mesh

I have a tobacco pipe form a old obscure mod called Skyrim Accessories. Its a ok model but I would prefer to replace it with the tobacco pipe from Pipe Smoking mod here on the Nexus . This mod will be for personal use and will not be uploaded anywhere.

 

Usually Im pretty good at figuring stuff out over time but Im pulling my hair out over this. When I replace the Nif in Nifscope I can get it to appear but because the pipe is from a animated mod it does not cooperate with my head and body movements. I either get it static where it just hangs in the air or moves widely when turn , sneak etc.

I have deleted animated blocks, renamed blocks, moved blocks in Nifscope done about everything i can think of, but to no avail. I have even tried putting the burning embers from that pipe into the pipe mod i have. It shows up in Nifscope looks really good but does not appear in game. I have been messing with this on and off for a long time and i am just stumped , I dont know what else to try.

 

Im a pipe smoker in real life so i have been wanting a pipe to have in my mouth in game . I have a cigar mod in game that really looks good but would prefer a pipe.

 

No I dont want to use the pipe smoking animation mod, In my years of pipe smoking i have never stopped in the middle of the street , sit crossed legged and smoked a pipe, I find it rather a silly mod. I just want a good looking model I can hang in my mouth while I beat the snot out of some Thalmor :smile:

 

Here is the pipe I have now. Its better since I recolored it in Gimp. But it has no embers in bowl so it looks empty, plus its too long for my taste.

If anyone can help with some good instructions, ideas,advice or anything useful in my endeavor it will be greatly appreciated :smile:
