I will be updating the mod in the next 1-2 weeks {Today is 4.10.2019}
The change would be to the 3% boosts reduced to 2% to give the player lower end game power.

Done,new version up.

 

Update 1.1
Reduced the 3% attack/defence boosts to 2%, reduced the armour piercing boost from 2% to 1%, reduced crit damage and crit refill chance,also the exp boost's on mysterious stranger and solar powered have also been reduced from 10% to 5%. I use this mod with The 770 (130) Gameplay Overhaul
