anyone willing to finish

While it isn't unique, it is somewhat of a request so I think this is best place to ask? Apologies if it isn't though. >..<

There is an old skyrim(legendary edition) house mod I started and mostly finished a couple years ago at least. I crashed somewhat(tmi stuffs) and never did anything with it, but I still have the esp file or whathaveyou and am wondering if anyone would be interested in tweaking/completing it and publishing it for skyrim se? It is first and only house I've ever done but aside from what I'll list below that I didn't understand or never got to; there shouldn't be that much to do?

I did recently loaded it into skyrimse(not ck, I do not have that) to take some screens and look at it quick and aside from a couple floating ore veins outside and bit sunken ground a couple places I think there were no glitch kind of things.

It's west of the Sarethi farm, right next to it(neighbors!). Autumn themed manor of course, with some kind of end-gear/end quest items in it; room for four followers, six children, and one follower outside in a tent(if you have 'my home is your home', I think, and you can have a follower sleep there or maybe add a guard or something). All the crafting stations plus dlc I believe(I'm super proud of the alchemy side layout I think its pretty neat, myself); a few idle markers, kitchen. All the chests, the knapsack by the master bed and the alchemists purse thing by the alchemy crafting station I do believe are safe(I did play it some that couple years ago, I don't recall ever losing anything to the void), shrines, jester gear, skeleton key, throne...
there's a lot of non-static clutter because I love that, having things to pick up and collect and whatnot; although I think I placed some things around them so they wouldn't go flying all over the place?

I remember wanting something that had decent enough room for followers and enough room if I wanted children, but also still felt 'simple' somehow and was not huge, and aside from the dlc crafting and a few items I think I did pretty well. (better lighting would also probably immensely help with that)
all dlcs would be required, I think.-hearthfire, dawnguard, etc.

Things I remember I never got to or didn't understand how to fix-
-lighting; horrible blank/washed lighting that I didn't understand how to fix

-something about guard pathing that didn't happen, there might be arrow... paths...? that need to go
-one of the bookshelves I set up just... didn't work; so there is only one working bookshelf and the other I just put some robes on, could delete.
-spouse wouldn't sleep in the main bed.

-no planters?? I don't remember really understanding that either

-there are no mannequins or floored wood weapon racks, can't remember why
-running it through... some thing to make sure there were no errors

And I think that was it. I honestly don't know if that would be considered a lot, or a little, I know to me its basically done but maybe to more experienced modders these things would make it not so?

But if anyone is willing/interested in finishing this, that'd be really cool? I think it'd make a nice relatively simple end-game house. Or beginning, if you want to remove the dlc staff and spider crafting and end game items. You don't have to credit me at all or anything if you don't want; I just would really like to have this mod completely finished by someone who actually knows what they're doing (I didn't enough to) and possibly available to others; although definitely I'd like to have it for my own playthroughs.
