LorigVeriel
Did you have a stable game till lets say week ago? No CTDs? If you did, your problem is the latest Steam update on Sept. 14. Dont touch anything on your game, because the problem now is all the core files are dirty and need cleaning. Dont delete saves or disable autosaving, or rewriting .ini files it wont help you. Go to https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/19658?tab=description , follow the description and return your game yo the previous version. I have had the same problem several times, forcing me to start a new game till I finally figured it out. This time I've tried to pass UPDATE&DLCs though SSEEdit, but it couldn't clean them. For example Uptade left 57 deleted navmeshes which Quick clean couldn't restore. It needs manual cleaning - a procedure I cant perform. In 2 words - the said above mod is your only salvation. And every time you start experiencing constant CTDs on saving or Fast Travel, visit SteamDB and check when they have updated SSE for the last time. Keep in mind that the saves After this date are also corrupted. Edited October 6, 2019 by LorigVeriel

LorigVeriel
Oh, I thought SKSE. Isn't there SEdit for Oldrim? I there is, quick clean your mods. All the problems I've ever had - CTD on save, CTD in certain areas, freezing - were due to dirty mods.
