Request US Army General Uniform mod

The US Army General's Outfit you find on General Martin Retslaf in Lonesome Road is inadequate. It's a good start, but it lacks a General's Service Hat:

This is a US Army Officer's Service Cap for the Green Uniform, of which General Retslaf's service uniform is a clear derivative. If he died in his uniform, then it makes sense that his service cap would be somewhere in his office too.

Also, for female characters, it continues to be male wear. While this is not a problem above the waist, below, there is a skirt variant for officers, such as shown here:

For Females, I am only asking for a swap of men's shoes and men's pants for skirt and moderate heels as shown above. In a way that fits the uniform's basic design of course.

That pic looks pretty close to the female ver of grimy business wear. I think I could put that together pretty easy. Put an extra button on there, knock out the tie, drop the skirt and a little re-texture. I'v got to run to work, but I'll give this a shot tonight.

Edit: BTW did you want the tights/panyhose?

Not necessary, but if you're willing to try I'll leave that as artistic liceince so you do what you think looks best.

Oh and the top shirt and everything, leave that. Apparently the Service Uniforms left the tie and such in favor of the neck scarf thing back in he 20th century and besides being dashing I could also see it as a way of making the neck decorations gender neutral.

And thanks!

I found some mod close and I do mean close to this request so maybe devinpatterson could use this for a base.

Here it is. This mod was made by Price09 back in 2010

Thanks Skyviper086, those are some really nice uniforms.

Ok partly done, havn't done the hat (probably hit that over the weekend) & the uniform still needs it's bars, etc.

You can download it here

It's just unrar the bsa and esp into your data folder and select it in your launcher of choice.

The suit will be automatically added to your inventory in 4 or 5 seconds.

Um.....actually....look at the Uniform:

Only the pants and shoes needs a texture. The Service Uniform on top is almost certainly A-OK, and I definitely want the the Overcoat. Just....change the bottom. Please.

OK I was going off the picture you sent in your first post.....

I don't think your looking for just a re-texture. I think what you want is for the lower half of the model to be replaced with a skirt, female legs and shoes. So looking at the model I made above, would it's lower half be OK to replace the Service Uniform's?

Also if the skirt I made is too long (knee length), the vanilla pre-war business wear is higher (a little below mid thigh). Let me know which works best for you. Did you want the top completely the same or a little bit of shape added for the breasts?

That would be just awesome, although if you could get the shoes from the female marine at the bottom of post #4 it would be even better. Actually, would it be possible to mesh the skirt from the same female Marine and resize it a bit not to clip with the overcoat and shirt?

Sure, just contact the author of the mod and get permission from him/her.

OK replaced the bottom half, kept the longer skirt and swapped it to use the duster texture;

it's here

But it's stats suck. So I made two optional versions.

One with 10%DR as per Colonel Autumn's uniform.

and one with 6DT as per the bounty hunter duster.

There may be a bug, matching skin tone. I don't know how the game engine does that (something on my to do list to learn), so let me know if the legs skin tone/complexion doesn't match the hands/face.
