NBA Fantasy League???

I know it's probably a long shot for this forum, but I'm looking to start up a semi-hardcore NBA fantasy league. Probably going for a 10 team Roto style Keeper league, with a live Draft etc...

 

Basically, I'm tired of joining random leagues that have at best 5-6 active participants at the start of the year and 2 active at the end of the season. My hope is that in starting a new Keeper league it will attract more dedicated players that have a serious interest in how well their team performs each season. I don't really want to make it a pay to play league, but if a cash prize at the end of the year is what it takes to keep people interested I'm willing to consider it.
