Sleeping/Waiting and Fast travel CTD

I have been frequently getting lots of crashes whenever I sleep/wait and fast travel. The game also crashes in College of Winterhold. At first i thought it was the Immersive College of Winterhold mod conflicting with the mod Great Cities, so I uninstalled it. But it didn't solve the problem. I even set the load order using LOOT and cleaned all the dirty plugins. But the problem doesn't go away.

I uninstalled Immersive Creatures and it solved the problem.
