HoboHunter
I thought that because I blew up megaton early on that I lost all the quests that went with it, specifically the one with Moira to get the bottlecap mine. I later stumbled into the Underworld and who did i find... The ghoulified remains of Moira, and she still had the survival guide quest, even though she's now ugly as hell. LOL. I love this game
vash1985
There are town part named after Chevy Chase...lol,/facepalm This should be filed with the people that claim massive lulz that bethesda put themselves in the game. Did nobody realize these places existed before they played fallout or did the radiation just addle their brain? MechanicalPirate, thats a great idea adding humor via terminals. i knew, then again i lived in frederick for 3 years. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chevy_Chase,_Maryland lol after reviewing their gameworld and the real area of DC, for the most part they modeled it after the real areas, mostly in the downtown area, but it just seems that they took the actual land mass and divided it by 2 so its really scaled down. GARY! Abraham Washingtonsomehow i feel little lampshade is a parody of something. cant put my finger on it thohell this game is teeming with parody and spoofs. you just gotta look
Alanor
The best yet is in the Nuka-Cola factory. Check a computer belonging to the R&D department and the earliest report for the development of Nuka-Cola Quantum. The report states the radioactive isotope was too powerful and all the test subjects (humans) died. So now they have to send some "Nuka Condolences" to the families in the form of Fruit and Cheese baskets.
SunshineBlind
I laughed at the daredevil in the tunnel to the White House :D
UlrikS
There are lots of humour and references in F3.I think that the whole Tenpenny tower overclass snob-parody is pretty hilarous, together with lots of other characters around the map. And the Prototype Medical Amor. I also discovered this one in the Museum of Technology... http://screenshot.xfire.com/screenshot/nat...6fb2d46cb44.png
fallout3enthusiast
and the Lincoln Memorial which has, ironically enough, been occupied by slavers. The leader of whom is a black guy. I can't remember his name, but I thought that was pretty ironic.

Conscripted
I loved Moira, one of the very few actually well written and implemented characters/quests in the entire game. How Harold got to the East coast, or for that matter why, is still a huge mystery to me, though. The fact that the rest of the game wasn't as well made (if not vaguely annoying) as her really did help to disappoint me. I know a lot of people here absolutely hated her voice, but my friends and I were just staring at the screen sideways laughing our collective butts off. Circuitous
Harold is a mover and a shaker. From the Fallout Bible: Harold joined the ghouls in Fallout 2 because Harold is a kindly sort who likes to help people - when he sees a group of people trying to make their way in the wasteland, he tries to step in and give them a leg up, especially when it can benefit life for everyone. Wherever a key event in Fallout has occurred, Harold always seems to be right there in the middle of things, helping to push the world along and make it a better place. His wit is a little dry and raspy, but he's got a good heart. He had 35 years from the end of Fallout 2 to make his slow, steady way to DC. Just so there's some visible text. But then again, this is the Spoilers section, why do we need to tag it?
