Anything?

well first you should put the hearthfire patch after hearthfire itself (it wont fix the problem but its crucial). I can see at the realy bottom that you have some sort of a danwguard patch, maybe thats the problem. I recommend that for you the NMM (its just more organized that way).

besides that I cant see what causing this weapon bug

The unofficial Dawnguard patch can't be the problem - I have downloaded it trying to fix the bug :/

never said its the problem, just helped you organize your load order. it might fix bugs that you havent noticed theme. for now here is a solution: disable dawnguard, play for fun without doing real progress. when we will fix the problem start doing progress with your old save game (the one that you finished dawnguard with)

@FrostStriker: Just saw your list of Data files. All esm (masters) should load before any esps. But don't believe me. Run the program BOSS http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/6 and it will order your files for you. All patches (Unofficial skyrim patch, DG patch, etc.) come after their corresponding mods, i.e. PureWatersDG after main file for PureWaters esp.

Who knows, but a proper load order might solve some problems. Good luck!

Just saw that you did run BOSS, but the list I saw in the link was not an order that BOSS would usually advocate.

NRCsoldier: I've been fortunate not to have this problem. Other than enable player contols, there doesn't seem to be a good solution. However, looking through the Unofficial DG patch forum, I came across posts by Waveguider and seldalore who had the bug of not being able to use right or left hands properly to draw weapons and could only power attack, draining lots of stamina. Seladore said, "I have this problem...It isn't from the Unofficial Patch, but something else that I haven't figured out yet. Just repeatedly left-click and right-click and that usually fixes the problem."

I know this must be frustrating. If that doesn't work, perhaps check over in the Bethesda forums, as well as here on Nexus. Good luck!

What are these "Bash Tag suggestions"? I don't why (or how) PurewatersDG is active but is in the Unrecognised plugins tab.

Also, why Skyrim.esm and Update.esm does not show on my "data files"?

@FrostStriker: Now that looks like a BOSS load order. BOSS doesn't know where the purewatersdg patch goes, so it automatically places it at the end of the load order. It is up to you to move it, but if this is all your mods, last is probably the right place anyway. Bashed patch comments are for those who use Wyrebash. If you are entering the game through the Steam launcher, skyrim.esm and update.esm are not shown there, as they are probably considered a given. If you were launching through NMM, you would see them at the top of your plugin list.

For DG to perform you will need the Bethesda 1.7 patch, which you get through Steam. Although you may have this already, along with the latest updates of your mods. What you have here now looks good to go. Are you still having problems? Never hurts to verifying your cache through Steam. In game, test your standard attacks. If they don't work, try tilde~ to open the console and type EnablePlayerControls <enter>. Tilde~ again to exit console, as BeefPie suggested. Or try the repeated right click/left click mouse trick. Who knows why some get this bug and some don't?

Tried everything you said - no effect

Can a mod that doesn't have an ESP file cause bugs? Because that's the case with "Ruins Clutter Improvement"...

PS: nice signature, by the way. Emerson rocks!
