Aliera Caine
I know you guys are tired of me by now, but I found a couple of threads over at Bethesda forums. Check 'em out. Question for you: Have you tested your game by removing the all mods, including unofficial patches? On Aug. 9, Jkang1231 was having similar attack problems. http://forums.bethso...trols-messed-up Also, this thread: http://forums.bethso...-dont-think-so/ Brokenstring1 (from Brazil) stated that when DG was installed, normal attacks were disabled. He narrowed it down to his version of the 1.7.7 updateCheck out his solution if you are still having problems. So one solution has to do with removing unofficial patches and the second solution has to do with obtaining a bug free version of the 1.7.7.0.6 Bethesda update. It always circles back to this, doesn't it? Edited October 21, 2012 by Aliera Caine

NCRsoldier
I am checking everyday and I still cant find a solution. maybe 1.8 will bring us something. I dont want to download the beta update (just had some bad experience with beta updates) Edited October 24, 2012 by NCRsoldier
FrostStriker
Update 1.8 fixed the problem for me! Make sure you backup your savegames before aplying the patch. Installing Skyrim 1.7 + patch + Dawnguard + Hearthfire worked ok, but after mods my savegames became corrupted for some reason. What I did was Skyrim 1.7 + Dawnguard + Hearthfire + MODS + patch. Anyway, backup your saves. I recommend using BOSS, too.
