Darker Nights - possible to edit FALLOUT.INI to achieve this?

I'd really like it if the nights were much darker. They appear almost as bright as day but with a blue hue.

 

Does anyone know if its possible to edit the INI file to achieve this, please? if so what to edit?

It'd be freaking incredible if someone could mod the luminosity to match the moons cycle. In case you've been in a city your whole life (More likely a suburb), its quite bright at night in the country during a full moon.

Hm, maybe my monitor is not so bright as yours, but for me dark places is realy dark so i change directions by looking at map )))

And as first mod i'd like to see, is a switchable direct lamp on power armor helmet =))))

I'd like this, although I'd then like a flashlight weapon.. actually I'd like two flashlights, a normal one and a red light one. Normal one, nice and bright but people see you better. Red one, not as bright, but folks can't see it as far from a distance so doesn't hurt stealth as much.

 

I'd also like night vision goggles (just have it when they are being worn, they slowly degrade). Would make travelling at night a lot more interesting, especially if you saw the NPC's using such methods to see at night too.

You don't need flashlights, just open your pipboy's light. (Hold tab)

I would rather have a flashlight...because the Pip Boy light looks exactly like a "light" spell from oblivion.

I'd also like to see *much* darker nights; I'm used to (modded) STALKER where you can barely see anything at night. Much more scary!
