Adoption limit

I think it's there because where would they all sleep and how would you take care of more then two? As in feeding them, keeping them safe...so on and so forth. You are the dragonborn after all...out there fighting dragons...you might die and then what happens to all your kids?

Hey, this guy requested a mod, not your logic so back off will you?

In any case, the adoption limit is likely hardcoded, so it might not be possible.

As the dragonborn, I have access to at least 10 homes where I can keep a kid or two, housecarls, followers, and assassins to guard them, and more money than the rest of Skyrim put together. :P And if I die, well, they'll be orphans again, but at least they're not any worse off than when they started, right? ^^

I'm just saying by a lore friendly stance all right? Why don't you back off with your hostile attitude?

As for arunpal. There are many Dragonborns out there, each one of us is a Dragonborn. Some might be playing with realisim mods that add illnesses that could easily kill a human. Plus everyone dies, it's a fact of life.

DIE!!!!! WTF you are Dragonborn you killed Alduin the toughest dragon what on nirn can kill you. If i do die then my children will inherit millions of gold plus you probably have a spouse who can look after your kids who all look identical.

As for realism... I have 3 daughters, I'm 1 of 4 kids, I've seen families with 10+ kids and some with 1 or none. It isn't about the realism, miners have a higher chance of dying young, bandits die by the drove in the game. Let each have their own mods installed, no one said you needed to have it.

**THUMBS UP 100% AGREE**

Why shouldn't we have as many kids as we'd like? What if you have many spouses? Only one household can have kids, and only two kids?

The whole "children thing" is kinda lame as is.. just saying. What's the point anyway? The characters are bland and boring. Why is the interaction so repetitive? I for one am tired of hearing the same dialogue from every npc. For as much time invested in such a game there needs to be more dialogue and interaction. I know this is a difficult request, but it is necessary. This game had the potential to be endless. Really. And the devs should think of releasing mods as well. Simple and free mods.

The Devs are doing this to make money not enhance our game play. The fact they graciously allowed us to mod their game is incredibly generous, let's be happy for that. Besides, no disrespect to the Devs, but the modding community in general is way better at game enhancement than the Devs ever could hope to be.

As far as more kids, I gotta' go with the prevailing opinion here, the more the merrier. You can have many homes, (with mods) you can have many wives/mistresses/husbands so why not many children?

I agree with more children if you wish. Your hearthfire houses are capable of building up to six beds if you add the bedroom wing. In just a single house you could accommidate your charcter, the spouse and 5 children. As for providing for them in a lore friendly enviorment. There is wild game evrywhere, plus you can tend a garden. Not to mention everywhere you go you can just pick what you need. I really do think Hearthfire could have been better then it was. The different wings should not have been limited. If you want a library, a Kitchen, and a garden. You should be able to decide where you want them. Limiting to 3 wings is fine, but let me decide which 3 wings I want on whichever side I want. After all Hearthfire was made to build the house you wanted after all.
