GreatInfinity
I thought it would be under the quest "Radio New Vegas" but the only dialog I see for it is "RadioHello", which only consists of the topics for Mr. New Vegas's intros, under both the "Radio" and "Dialogue Tree" tabs for the quest. What I'm trying to do specifically is edit the conditions for the news story "Residents and squatters in Freeside are overjoyed after waking to discover that the area is being supplied with electricity from an unknown source.", which is supposed to be under the topic "RNVNewsStory". I've done this before long ago, and it's driving me nuts that I can't remember for the life of me how I have. Any help would be appreciated, thanks. trashgarbage666
While I'm not really sure what the deal is with your GECK, I can at least confirm that you're remembering things correctly! I have the quest RadioNewVegas open right now, and under the Radio tab, I see 13 major topics. One of them is RNVNewsStory. And sure enough, within RNVNewsStory is the story you're looking for. Wish I had some advice for you! Did you, uhh... try... restarting it?
GreatInfinity
I figured out the issue, the box lists for the topics were all squished to the left, so the whole topics area looked blank (same issue with the conditions area) as shown at this post here https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/3029299-geck-brokenmissing-text/, and i was able to solve it by dragging everything to the right until everything was shown and the mouse cursor no longer changed shape. I think it seems to be an issue for at least Windows 8.1 and up. Thanks anyway.
