Magic causing crashes?

Hey guys, Iâve been playing Skyrim for years now and Iâve never had this many problems with a load order before. It seems that no matter what I do my game crashes on a consistent basis, even though I have less mods then some load orders I had that were more stable (my last full playthrough was past the mod limit and had far more demanding mods).

 

Iâve been trying to get my load order up and running for a few months now and I canât finish the College of Winterhold quest without a ton of crashes happening before and after.

 

Iâm at my wits end, this is a fresh install and Iâm still having problems, my game seems to crash in the overworld most frequently and my game crashes when my Mage character casts a spell.

 

Please help if you can, hereâs my load order if Iâm missing something glaringly obvious, if you need more info feel free to ask!

i'm having a similar problem, one thing you can do when you have mods, go down to the very bare minimum you know you'll use, be very careful in choosing, and keep making new temporary games each time (as adding and removing mods from a save can corrupt it), so you keep making new games and testing, hopefully you can get it a little bit better, though it's not a guaranteed fix or anything, i do it and it helps some.

i'm also looking for help, and i have a much shorter load list, but i'll play for 15 minutes to an hour and inbetween that time range at a random interval it'll crash, not particular places nor events, so i need help too.

Well I wish you luck as well! Most of these mods Iâve been using for a while now and never had this many problems, at least this immediately! I might have to do as you said and go down my list of mods, although I feel exhausted just thinking about it.

I know what you mean, i'm still trying to figure out mine... i'm willing to be it's got something to do with the UI, one of the mods i can edit or something... before it was the realistic diseases and such mod, adding that messes with everything int he UI somehow, so i removed it and at least extended my lifetime of playing.
