mewarmonger Posted October 12, 2019 Share Posted October 12, 2019 Cart man won't take me to Whiterun or Morthal, but he will take me everywhere else. I know about the overloading weight thing, and I do use a mod that gives me 30k carrying weight, but I don't think that's it, since I can still use the carts to go everywhere else.
