Here's a wiki on Wikia I've been using occasionally. It still needs a lot of work, some information is missing or misleading, a lot of pages are poorly written, etc., but it's still helpful and will (hopefully) improve over time.

 

There is also Planet Fallout (which also has a Wiki, which needs a lot of work as well...), of course.

Hi,

Since yesterday I became a moderator of a forum called Fallout 3 Zone.

I joined the forum because I preffer a small, active community over the speeding rocket that the official forums are. We are trying to collect various info on the web regarding mods, cheats, hints,... and try to offer a peaceful place to talk and share knowledge about FO3.
