SSE how check actor stuff?

how to check actors perks, active magic buffs, spells, items, and all that stuff?

 

It's easy to check actor value but not these stuff, and how do I get actorID ingame?

 

I wanna check if some mods here are working by checking if they have some magic effects active.

Go into your "Magic" list and look at "Active Effects" - it will list all currently active spells and enchantments.

 

T get the player ID, just go into 3rd person mode and click on your character whilst in the console. Or use the "player. " prefix on any AV commands.

well, I acctually want to check other actors active magic effects, not the PC ones
