How do I unpack .LAYOUT files? - Trying to find where button prompt textures are located

So I'm using a Switch Pro controller and I'd like to make a small edit to the button prompt textures by swapping X <-> Y and A <-> B. I tried looking through Sekiro's files by unpacking them with UXM and Yabber but honestly can't find them. Tried looking through katalash's PS4 buttons mod to see if I could find the location and all the unpacking lead me to a bunch of .LAYOUT files, which I have no clue how to proceed from there.

 

If anyone could help me out I'd really appreciate it.
