[Tutorial Request] mrl3 files for layered armor

So I have a couple of mods that do not work for layered armor (one in particular) because they apparently missing mrl3 files.

I've looked around I've not seen any how tos or tutorials for this.

 

I imagine it couldn't be so hard since the mods are basically already done, so is there a tutorial how to edit / create mrl3 files?

 

Alternatively could someone make it for me, if it's not too much to ask.

 

I could upload the mod, unfortunately I don't know the name anymore, it's a "skimpy" Kulve Taroth mod - which refuses to work with layered armor (no mrl3 files)
