CTD when entering High Hrothgar Courtyard

Hello dear Community.
In my latest Skyrim playthrough I came across the problem where my game always ctd's when Im trying to enter High Hrothgar Courtyard in the questline "The Way of the Voice"

Im using Mod Organizer and Loot to manage it but I have FNIS and SKSE installed manually.
It would be great if you could help me resolve this issue.

IIRC, WrinklyNinja doesn't offer support for LOOT at the same time using it in MO.

What exactly do you mean with "WrinklyNinja doesn't offer support for LOOT at the same time using it in MO."?
