Death animation playing when I get items

When I pick up items, or get items from a quest reward, occasionally my character randomly ragdolls/plays the death animation and just stays that way. Is there any fix to this, or can someone tell me the cause? Here's my mod load order:

EDIT: Alright, it's more than "occasionally" now. Now it's happening pretty much every time I pick up anything but gold. I'm trying to turn in this quest but every time he gives me the item as a reward the death animation plays.
