Alexandrious
Anyone else have this issue or is it irrelevant? I downloaded a few mods to make the game harder basically. The Modification to Vats, the Very hard one where doing Vats can be very dangerous, the Fallout 3 better paced mod as well. I check them when I go into data files. I went into notepad where the esp mods are listed and made sure it was in there. Yet everytime I leave the data files, then I go back into it, I find the mods unchecked. Do I have to recheck them again every time I play? Infact I notice no difference when I do have em checked. I did make a save file though and went back into the game with the stuff unchecked and I get this message that the save requires certain things to be toggled or else items wont appear in the game. So it should be working but id like to hear what others have to say. I know I posted this elsewhere but no one was posting back.
Detman101
Dont worry, once you check them....they're on.But you have to re-enable them each time you start your next game. (ie: when you reload the game) Dm
Avneet
Why is it like that? I don't remember it being like that in Oblivion where I had to recheck it every time I started the game.
Thasic
I am having a similiar problem. I have a LOT of mods running. Most of them stay checked but a few do not. It's always the same ones that unchecked themselves. It seems that these mods are not active once I start the game. Any insights as to why and how I can deal with this problem? zip2k4
if the .esp do no behave as it should be, maybe you would like to just use the Fallout3 Mod Manager
