LE Snow Elf village on the Forgotten Vale?

I always thought that, given how hypothethical Gelebor is regarding all other Snow Elves dying or not (where maybe they just hid like he and his brother did, moved to other places of Tamriel or else), I always thought it would be good for them to have survived, albeit in small numbers, like the Skaal, and being able to be brought back.

I also always found the Forgotten Vale astonishingly beautiful and exotic with it's alien looking saber cats and deers, plus alongside the warmer areas, there are lots of ice and glaciar around.

 

I think it would be a nice detail to have a small village, like those Arthmoor's mods add into the game to "fill in the open spaces" a little, together with something like the existing Snow Elf mods, just for having some Snow Elves in the game aside from Gelebor and his brother, having an inn, blacksmith and shop on the Forgotten Vale, etc. I guess lorewise, it could work out as word spread of the finding of Auri-el's Bow, and as word spread, Snow Elves only knew where the Chantry of Auri-El was and slowly decided to go back to Skyrim and see if anything remained, eventually starting to gather on the forgotten vale as a newly recovered society, yet still in secrecy, away from the eyes of the Nords they so much despised.

All I would need to be happy myself is a generic village with an inn, blacksmith and general stuff, maybe some farms, a hunting lodge for Vale Deers, maybe one or two shops? But all absolutely generic, no need for custom voiced actors, quests or etc.. not even tying it to actually finding the Bow, as simple as possible.

Of course if it somehow got wind and someone wanted to build more upon it, all the better!
