I use Vortex regularly for modding but I took a hiatus from SkyrimLE and deleted it all for a while but recently returned and downloaded 148 mods. After booting up the SKSE it gave me that good old blue windows loading circle then nothing. Attached below is my plugin list via ModWatch.
