new crosshair

i find the crosshair of fallout really ugly

 

can someone mod a new crosshair for that game ? a real cross like all fps ? ex: conter strike farcry fear etc

or something like morrowind ? just a simple little white cross ?

 

and an other thing , is it possible that someone fix the 3rd person view like morrowind or oblivion ? i mean to see our player on the center of the screen , with the crosshair under the head , not at the left :| i use only 1st person view coz of it

I think the default crosshair is ugly too, and I will try to make a more "conventional" crossair!

It will be my first mod, so It may be quite long but I will success!!

I've got a problem!

 

I extracted these files from "Fallout - Textures.bsa" :

textures/interface/hud/crosshair.dds

textures/interface/hud/crosshair_filled.dds

textures/interface/hud/crosshair_old.dds

textures/interface/hud/glow_crosshair.dds

textures/interface/hud/glow_crosshair_filled.dds

 

I edited all these files to make a "cross" crosshair (with Photoshop CS3 and the DDS plugin).

I created a ArchiveInvalidation.txt file.

I verified my FALLOUT.ini file.

And my downloaded mods work!

 

All seems correct. But nothing works with my textures.

Can you help me?
