The Valence mods for example are probably fine anywhere but it's a lot harder to determine manually where everything goes because mod makers aren't providing suggested load orders like they do for FO3. (description page of the mod contains suggested load-order)Use MMUE or MMUE+ (it's already contains MMUE)Put PN Rebalance after PN Equipment.Valence Mask can be there, It's not criticalAlso, I don't see main ILO Plugin (.esp)And where did you get Darn UI .esm? MMUE+ can't possibly contain MMUE -- it's significantly smaller and is mostly just a collection of mods. The DUI ESM is from DUIPanels that someone wrote to more or less finish up DUI. Also, FOMM keeps moving stuff around despite me finding a loadorder I like, I have to move everything over again every time.
