It's basically a small ranshackle base which contains NPCs that are descendants of U.S. Army soldiers. The base is located just north of the Republic of Dave. The mod is still in progress, which is why I was wanting to know if anyone would like to assist and use some of your ideas for this mod. Let me know if you are interested.
