Body Mod problems

I downloaded the BAB Retail version body mod, yet for some reason I can't get it to work for me.

I extract it into the data folder, yet it doesn't show up in data files. Am I supposed to put it some other place? :confused:

Finally! I got it to show up in data files, yet when I go to start the game with it activated, the screen turns black for like 2 seconds then quits with no error message. :(

Per the readme, you need both the esp and esm in your data folder, and the meshes and textures in their proper places for it to work. If you have both the esm and esp installed and checked then I expect that the meshes and textures are not in the right places.

 

The readme doesn't say that it needs OBSE, but it might.

 

EDIT: I just looked at the downloaded files for the BAB retail body and did not see an esm file.

 

Edit 2: Trying the mirror site for the full mod, but it's slow.

 

Edit 3: The full download at the mirror has the esm. but it takes a long time to download. Nearly 15 mins with my high speed.
