I have an idea to make a management only mode where you can send out skyrangers and manage the team before they drop. The computer then works out success based on mission difficulty, team make up, kit, char levels etc. Could also be used in normal mode to deal with other ground missions when u get multiple threats. Just brings a new aspect to the game in my view. If you dont like muliple skyrangers - dont buy them..... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

MauttyKoray Posted October 18, 2012 Share Posted October 18, 2012 (edited) Has anyone thought of just capping the number of skyrangers allowed to 2, making it cost quite a bit and take a significant amount of time to build? Even without increasing the number of abduction sites, it would still allow the player to make a decision on who to respond to and require them to pick different soldiers for each abduction site. This also requires you to exercise some caution with your soldiers as you will have twice as many injuries to deal with. Another idea is to add in requiring a later game facility to build a second skyranger, preventing you from gaining resources too quickly in the beginning.
