Yet I have no robotics lab, I have looked everywhere. Got tired of looking and finally hit the console. Would still like to know how to get it. Syclone903 Posted November 10, 2019 Share Posted November 10, 2019 In case someone in the future sees this, the seemingly empty gas canisters you can occasionally find out in the world, when picked up, will have a certain percentage of fuel in them.
