[REQ] Cross-Repair for cetain items

Such as power armor reparing other power armor, and for certain weapons.

 

Power Armor is repaired by any power armor or metal armor:

 

BOS, Enclave, Outcast, Tesla, T-51B, metal armor.

 

As for weapons:

 

Plasma Rifles can be repaired by Plasma pistols, Plasma pistols can be repaired by plamsa rifles.

Laser Rifles can be repaired by Laser pistols, Laser pistols can be repaired by Laser Rifles.

10mm SMG can repair the 10mm pistol, the 10mm pistol can repair the 10mm SMG.
