Random crashing after careful installation.

So I THOUGHT I had what was a moderately stable Skyrim, I used TES5Edit, LOOT, Vortex, got all my corresponding patches. Ran FNIS, all the necessary steps I think. I have about 100 mods, but I don't personally feel like I have any glaring issues but I'm getting random crashes moderately frequently now. I have my load order here I'm looking for any advice, I've been modding for about 5-6 years, I used to go crazy with like 200 mods and ruin my game, I don't do that anymore. Most of my mods are texture related, not many script heavy mods so I don't personally think that's issue, although I could be wrong. And as far as hardware goes I have a 1070ti with 8 gigs of Vram, an I7-8700, 32 gigs of ram, 2TB SSD (m.2 drive). So here is my load order.
