According to Fndom, the only items that increase speech points by wearing them are Amulet of Dibella (by 15 points), Amulet of Articulations (by 5-35 points) and Masque of Clavicus Vile (by 10 points) and I don't wear any one of them. So to know the amount of unknown bonuses that I got it, I needed to raise speech points to 100, by typing "player.setav speechcraft 100" in console commands and it became 110, when I made it legendary it went down to 25. I even unequipped all my gears just to make sure I don't have any effects come from them but still have +10 speechcraft!
